By using True Solar Time ("the site" or "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Solar time calculations are based on standard astronomical formulas and publicly available timezone data; use them at your own discretion.

• Abuse, scrape, flood, or attack the site or its infrastructure
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Probe, scan, or test the service in a way that could disrupt normal operation or compromise security

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Solar Time and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
